Rhonda relocated to San Ignacio from the island of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye in 2014 and has been working with CELA ever since. Prior to CELA, Rhonda worked as a University Administrator and Registrar at two medical schools in Ambergris Caye. She then moved her focus to the tourism industry on the islands where she spent 12 years working in reservations, guest services, and accounts departments.

Rhonda enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and loves heading back to the islands every chance she gets. The beauty of the sand and sea brings peace to the soul.
